Fishing rework, card backgrounds and a big round of fixes

A brand new fishing minigame, a way to put event backgrounds on your trainer card, much better filters for releasing and favoriting, and a long list of fixes that make the bot steadier on busy servers.

New

🎣 Fishing: Read the Water
Casting is now a choice. Each cast shows three lanes: 🫧 bubbles mean fish are feeding, 💧 is open water, and 🌿 weeds will snag your line. Pick the right lane for a better catch and an easier fight. In fog, the hints are hidden, so trust your gut.
🐟 Fishing: Fight the Fish
Reeling is now a tug-of-war. Each round the fish darts, dives or leaps, and you counter it with the right button before time runs out. Get it right and the fish comes closer to your boat; get it wrong and it pulls away. Land it before it escapes.

Rarer fish fight harder and give you less time. Better rods buy you a little more time, while deep water and storms make it tougher. Check fish guide for the full rules.
🖼️ Trainer card backgrounds
Put a past event background (Halloween, Valentine, Star Wars, Pride and more) behind your trainer card. Open customize and choose Background to preview it on your own card, with your colors, before you buy. It costs 5,000 Stardust, and removing it is free. You can also use cardbackground.
💖 Favorite in bulk with any filter
favall and unfavall now understand every filter from your pokemon list. For example: favall --limited, favall --iv >90 --n dratini, favall --legendary --sh or unfavall --event valentine.
✨ More shiny announcements
Shinies you fish up and shinies you pull from packs are now announced in your server alongside normal shiny catches. Pack shinies are only announced once you flip the card, so there are no spoilers.
📡 Live server count
The bot's status now shows how many servers PokeCom is in.

Improved

Release filters now match your Pokémon list
Bulk release uses the same filters as pokemon, so a search that works in one works in the other.
- --limited / --serial for all serialed Pokémon, or --limited <100 for low serials
- --ev or --event for all event Pokémon, --event valentine for one event
- New --tera and --region filters
- Multi-word names (--n armoured mewtwo) and Pokémon nicknames
- Comparisons with a space (--iv > 50), plus >= and <=
- --quad 31, --penta 31 and --hexa 31 now match correctly
- --n eevee finds real Eevees only; add --ev to include event forms
Pack cards match the Pokédex
Pack rarity colors now match dex: ⬜ Common, 🟩 Uncommon, 🟦 Rare and 🟪 Ultra Rare. Card frames are cleaner too.
Smoother restarts
When the bot restarts for an update, commands already running get to finish, and new commands get a short "restarting" notice instead of failing silently.
Region champion titles
Every DuelAI region now has its own champion title, and trainers who already cleared regions have received the titles they earned.

Fixed

Favorites are fully protected
Favorited Pokémon can never be released, listed on the market or put up for auction, even in bulk.
Fishing catch screen
Landing a fish sometimes stayed on "Hauling it aboard..." without showing what you caught. The catch screen now always appears.
DuelAI lockout
Finishing a battle no longer leaves you stuck on "You are already in a PvE battle" for several minutes.
Trainer upgrades
Upgrades now always raise your trainer's level, and Stardust is never taken for an upgrade that doesn't go through.
Titles
Titles earned at the same moment are no longer lost, and new titles show up in titles straight away.
Starter and referral rewards
Starters can only be picked once, and referral bonuses are paid exactly once.
Stability on busy servers
A large behind-the-scenes overhaul so credits, trades, gifts, auctions, the daycare, the garden, giveaways and vote rewards stay accurate as PokeCom grows across more servers.
