PokeMeow is built around hunting with your own commands. PokeCom works differently: Pokémon show up in the channel for everyone.
In PokeMeow you use commands to find Pokémon for yourself, and there's fishing, exploring, battling, quests and an item shop around that.
In PokeCom the Pokémon come to the server. They spawn in the channel while people talk, and whoever names one first catches it. It turns catching into something the whole server does together, and when a shiny shows up, everyone sees it.
Both are free, and you can run them in the same server if you like both.
| PokeCom | |
|---|---|
| Catching | Pokémon spawn as your server chats. Incense adds a burst of spawns, with shiny and rarity boosts if you want them. |
| Trading | Direct trades, a market shared by every server, and auctions other servers can bid on. |
| Battles | 1v1 up to 3v3. Each turn is drawn as a battle scene. |
| Single player | Gyms, the Elite Four and the Champion in nine regions, then the Battle Tower. |
| Breeding | Egg groups, IV inheritance with the Destiny Knot, twins, mutations and shiny eggs. |
| Fishing | Cast, fight the fish, and work your way from the Old Rod to the Legend Rod. |
| Events | Costumed Pokémon every season and limited numbered runs. |
Add PokeCom, run @pokecom start, and Pokémon start spawning as people chat. It won't get in PokeMeow's way if you keep both.
